• Account sharing, transferring, or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

a9member implements industry-standard security measures to protect your account data. However, members are equally responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials. Any losses arising from a member's failure to keep account details secure will not be the liability of a9member.

All financial transactions on the a9member platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of trusted local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers to ensure convenient access for members across Malaysia.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your a9member account are held for wagering purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. a9member reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any active wagering requirements. a9member conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing significant withdrawals. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on the a9member platform, you agree to the following general conditions:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the a9member platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and funds withheld pending investigation:

• Match-fixing & Cheating: Any form of match manipulation, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members or third parties to exploit games, markets, or platform features.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human control.

All content on the a9member platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of a9member or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the a9member platform strictly for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any part of the a9member platform without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to operate the platform.
• Use the a9member name, logo, or brand assets in any form without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of a9member's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by a9member.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. a9member does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
